1. International Shipping Products

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available in our Store are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, Netherlands, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. The delivery takes an average of 10 to 35 business days (counted after dispatch), depending on the location. Shipping is carried out within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system, and the deadline will only start counting after this period. Orders placed through bank transfer take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system. We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees delivery of the order and undertakes to refund the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and free internet tracking; the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

If the product is not delivered within 70 business days after dispatch, the amount will be refunded in full, and if the product is delivered after the refund, we will send a registered bank slip for a new payment to be made.

Attention! You may receive more than one package if you have purchased more than 1 product because your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, rest assured that this is completely normal.

1.2. Order Tracking

The products will be shipped by the Post Office or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to track the progress of the delivery. The Store undertakes to instruct the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to the Store.

2. General Conditions Attention

2.1. Careful Addressing of Orders

Our store will arrange for the shipment of products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure smooth delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Recipient Absent

Please ensure that someone will be available at the address to receive your products. The postal service will make three delivery attempts for the products. If there is no one available at the address to receive the package during any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office branch. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to pick it up from the post office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package within this time frame, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be required for the product to be resent.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office branch where the recipient should pick up the package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking information of the order. This tracking information can be accessed on the postal service website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Our store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address. In this case, the customer will need to pay for a new shipping fee for us to resend the order. If the delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee, in the amount of £15 GBP (shipping cost + postal fee), will be required for the product to be resent.

2.4. Import Taxes and Delivery Fees

Any taxes or fees that the postal service may charge our customers are our responsibility. The customer will only pay the advertised price for the product.

2.5. Undelivered Products

If any issue arises with the delivery of the product, and the customer does not receive it, the maximum deadline to request a resend or refund is 6 months after the purchase. Therefore, the customer should pay attention to the tracking code sent via email after the purchase.
